We will take photos and either provide you with a direct quote or send images to your insurer or the third-party insurer for authorisation. #### Appointment booking As soon as your repair is approved, we’ll order parts, arrange a convenient time to collect your vehicle and drop off a courtesy car. #### The repair process Once your vehicle is on site, we carry out a full strip down to assess any unseen damage, order extra parts if required and update the quote if necessary. On average jobs take about seven days although this will vary depending on the nature and severity of the damage as well as the availability of parts. Some repairs can take as little as two days. Others, where we find hidden damage for example, may take over a week. We always have more than one technician working on your vehicle to ensure maximum efficiency and we always keep you informed as the work progresses. Will I get a courtesy car? Yes, you will so you can be sure you’ll still have transport while the repair takes place. Is the repair guaranteed? Yes, we guarantee our work, so you have peace of mind. Our staff are Institute of the Motor Industry (IMI) qualified to conduct repairs using manufacturer standards and methods. We are monitored and audited twice a year and meet the British Standard 10125 for automotive repair. What if my car isn’t drivable? If your car isn’t drivable, we aim to collect your car within 48 hours of you registering a claim with us. Will it affect my insurance premiums or invalidate my insurance? We will offer the best possible options for you to make sure your policy will see the least possible or even no increase when renewing in future.
